The Council for Exceptional Students is a website for collaboration. There are two links on the left side. Scroll down to the blue section and click on Support for Teachers. This link is great for teachers who want more information or strategies on collaboration. The second link is named Subject Areas. This area has instructional strategies, discussions of current issues, and resources.

OER Commons stands for Open Educational Resources, and it is a valuable website for teachers. Teachers can search for lessons by grade level or subject area. There are ideas related to special education and inclusion. Teachers can even create and publish their lesson plans. Best of all, this website is free to use.
